Any fees paid will be refunded should you decide to cancel the Hen's Teeth Network services within 30 days of activation. We do ask that you notify us in writing of your complaint and give us a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation.

Exceptions

Domain names, once registered, cannot be cancelled. Consequently, domain registration fees are non-refundable (even if you make a typographical error when ordering the domain name).

Domain transfer fees are non-refundable, even if the transfer fails, is rejected by the current registrar, or times out.

PDG Shopping Cart and PDG Commerce licenses, once paid, can neither be refunded nor transferred to another domain. We offer a fully functional , fully supported 30 day trial license without cost.
