Resize your account up or down as traffic waxes and wanes with seasonal events or in parallel with your marketing promotions. Best of all, you pay only for what you use; if you up-size your server for three days and then down-size again; you pay the higher rate for only those three days.

Can I restore a file from backups?

You can from Hen's Teeth Network's backups. Your account includes nightly backups and they are retained for five full days. For a small additional fee, you can have your backups retained for more time. Most other hosting companies do not allow you to recover a lost file from their backups.

What limitations are placed on email? How many messages can I send?

Since your HTN Cloud Server runs its own copy of the Postfix "message transfer agent" and has its own email queue, there are no artificial limitations placed on your email. You are free, of course, to configure Postfix to restrict message size, number of messages per hour, etc., but these decisions are solely up to you.

How do I get technical support?

Hen's Teeth Network provides technical support with in-house staff via an on-line help desk, email, and toll free telephone. We do not outsource our tech support.
