Any fees paid will be refunded should you decide to cancel the Hen's Teeth Network services within 30 days of activation. We do ask that you notify us in writing of your complaint and give us a reasonable amount of time to remedy the situation.

Exceptions

PDG Commerce licenses, once paid, can neither be refunded nor transferred to another hostname. We offer a fully functional, fully supported 30 day trial license without cost. Please use this free, 30 day trial to affirm that the software meets your needs prior to paying for the license.

Domain names and SSL certificates, once purchased, cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if you make a typographical error when ordering them. Domain transfer fees are non-refundable, even if the transfer fails, is rejected by the current registrar, or times out.
